This has indeed become a major prob. Moreover the new guards have created their own fief dom and treat parents with suspicion. More gates, more guards only adding to greater confusion & harassment. I think the school shud concentrate more on Academics & less of administration. They shud've a more parent-friendly admin setup too.

    Problems with Pickup every afternoon
I want to bring to your attention that the footpath outside the school on
the Aurobindo Road side has been dug up for 2 months, and today manholes
were also open! The guard lets the parents with cars in till 1:30 for
pickup and then does not let parents come in and park, however now my
daughter is in 6th so we are forced to park outside where the kids have a
tough time walking on the footpath.
Please help us find a solution so parents can drive in and park from the
other gate even after 1:30, or bring to someone's attention that the
    footpath needs fixing urgently!
    Thanks,
    Mila Mitra

Dear All

Please donot comment on security, as this is in our benefits, I donot see harm in holding I- Card while entering in the school premise. If something happens unpleasant, then we all will cry and talk about security lapses, so why not before!

I request the learned and aware parents of student kids studying in MIS to take note of security and help the school administration to keep it in proper manner.

I support your concern about enhancing the teaching / education level alongwith other activities/concern, where interests of students and parents are related.

Thanking you all for the shown concern about issues related to MIS.

A solution for this problem would be difficult for the School as it closes for the day at 1.45 p.m and buses start leaving by 2.10 p.m plus also there are space constraints with school buses occupying the entire road in front of gate no 3(main gate) dug up pavements come under the purview of PWD , the school can only request the PWD to repair it.

I agree the admin should be parent friendly, somehow from the current academic session parents are feeling a disconnect.
