Feedback on MIND SPARK- Opinion solicited.

Sir;

I was not satisfied with the services of MINDSPARK in the school & had withdrawn from it. The School in collaboration with MINDSPARK has asked for a fees of 3600 (to be paid in 02 installments) for 9 months period. The av uses in a month at school comes out to be 60 minutes i.e. Rs. 7 per minute.

The bigger question is, the school has no plan for the students who opt not to take the services of MINDSPARK. Since it is an optional choice, the school must have an alternate class for all those who opt not to take it's services. School authority may reply on the matter pl.

The matter is not to malign anyone's image, but to improve the service standard.
