Dear all,

This is an improvement from what we had last time but some are still a bit too general:

Absalom : are you investigating all govt ministries? Maybe you should focus on one and study the success/failure of the same..

Kayumba: i thought we agreed using the word role is better...

Josaphat : remove the period..let it come in the scope; consider role/impact as opposed to effectiveness

Herman : what is RIM?..causes of low e-commerce use in....

Jeanne: are yu studying the whole district?..mention the organization.

I have two supervisors so far, i  will send thm these topics and they will pick their areas..those who need to correct

pls do so ASAP.
