Dear All,

I hope you are all ok.

Now that we are embarking on our research , it is evident that we are in need of relevant information sources.I visited Kigali Public Library and was told that before accessing,one needs to subscribe by paying 10,000 for a yearly subscription on RRA Account:1200046 in BNR , after which you will be allowed to register by providing a copy of your ID and a passport photo .there is a form you will fill and then be granted full access to the library resources.

Am told this Library is well equipped and I hope you find it useful.
