Dear Philip,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to inform you that I and Herman managed to meet with the supervisor, Dr. Bajpai over the weekend and he advised us on different things including the Request for authorization to carry out research in institutions we chose.we think that this document should be obtained from MKU but we do not exactly know who is in charge of that! We would appreciate if you could help us get that letter to be able to meet the deadlines of our supervisor.

the other thing is that there is a form you will give us which the supervisor has to sign whenever we meet.If it is available, we can come over and pick it up.
