For any teams that have hotel reservations for the Crossroads of America Men's College Showcase, this is a reminder that all individual and team changes/cancellations must be made by 6pm EST 03/30/2016 to avoid penalty. Please forward this email and information to all of your team members.
I have included the full cancellation policy below for reference.
Individual Cancellation: ***2 Night Minimum Stay Required*** All individual cancellations/changes must be made before 6pm EST on 3/30/16 or be subject to a cancellation fee of the first night's room + tax. All cancellations must be made by clicking on the cancellation button on your email confirmation or by email, to amyei...@gmail.com. All changes to a reservation must be made by email to amyei...@gmail.com. No cancellations or changes will be taken over the phone.
Team Cancellation: All Team Cancellations must be made before 3/30/16 or be subject to a cancellation fee of first nights room + tax for each room reserved.
