Dear Phil,
We used Fscores in MIRT to have employees Theta or ability . we entered data of 220 person but MIRT reported us 218 Theta and now we dont know which theta is related to whom.could you please give us some guide and comment?

Hi Somayeh,
Have you tried passing the argument full.scores = TRUE? That sounds to be what you are after.
