change 'Rasch' to '1PL' model in IRT

Hi Phil

Do you think following specification change 'Rasch' model to '1PL' model in IRT? Should I add something else?

cons <- 'F = 1-55 

              CONSTRAIN = (1-55, a1)'

mod1pl <- mirt.model(cons)

irt.1pl <- mirt(dat, mod1pl, itemtype="2PL", SE=TRUE)
