Hi,

I'm trying to use this tool but it says that Nans are not alowed. These Nans are the values outside my data limit. I try to clip my grd, nans for 0 values. I did the Parker Inversion, but he uses the 0 values. How can I resolve this problem.

Thanks in avance
Regards
Sandra Silva

Hi Sandra,

Sorry, what problem? That you cannot have NaNs when performing a FFT is a fact of life. You can replace them by zeros or try to restrict your domain to where you have the data. Small gaps can be let filled by interpolation, larger ones not.
You can also mask the inverted grid to remove the areas where you have no data.

Yap I realize that. But my area is an very irregular, it is impossible to restrict it. And when I replace with "0", the result of the inversion its not real.
Please see the pic.

What I would do is to try to fill the gaps with some global compilation. Mirone has a handy tool for that under "Grid Tools -> Transplant 2nd grid". But be aware that both grids must be in the same referencing system.
Also, you mag gris seam to have an incredible resolution (~10ths of meters). Is that real?
