Final Meeting { Spare 5 to 10 mins and read what concerns yourself}

Dear Petrobots Members,

hope you are all doing fine. I would like to call upon a final technical meeting ( Management members are free to join should they wish to attend) on the following date and matters that will be discuss will be listed out in the agenda below. Please take note Freescale Miroc and Robocon 2014 members, this meeting is compulsory for you all to attend. 

[There will be zero tolerance towards excuses such as " Other meetings, forgot, class and unkind weather".. Please be truthful to yourself. Should there be an actual emergency then it is only fair to excuse you]

Details:

Date: 30th November 2013 (Sunday)

Venue: Petrobots Lab

Time: 10.00 pm to 11.30 pm (night)

Agenda:-

Robocon (30 mins)- Han boon prepare wats necessary. tq

1. Update your current design and should there be a delay in your schedule (planner) provide with reason.
2. Your recruitment of new members is 27th/28th, make them attend this as their first meeting and please send the names to me.
3. CnP and component record and update progress. (Eileen take note of what I told the other day)
4. Consequent plan of action.
   

Miroc (30 Mins)-Anwar prepare wats necessary. tq

1. I will be meeting with Dr.Haris tomorrow and will talk to him about the implementation of the new boards and how this is not a suitable alternative. Therefore, Hazel and Zarul I hope that you can show me a flow of what you have done/progressed with Arduino.
2. Update on Base- Fire fighting and Paint Ball. ( I recall instructing the replication of the Fire fighting robot. The due is the night of the meeting)
3. Update on research progress by Zul (mecanum strategy)
   

Freescale (30 Mins)- Bashiri prepare wats necessary. tq

1. Current stand on RnD of the freescale freedom board.
2. Plans on further enhancing image processing.
3. Game field/other budget preparations.
4. The complete team that will be participating in Freescale 2014.

[Note: the meeting is stated to be at 10 pm which means it will start at 10 pm. Directors, see that your members are punctual. If you do not reply this mail, i will assume tat you will be attending.]

Thank you Han boon. I will further discuss this with him tomorrow as the board is unfit for Miroc and will maybe serve better for Robocon's autonomous. Thanks man :)

And also Pradeep. Dr Haris did mention about the board to Hoong Wei and I. I think it can be directed to ROBOCON if MIROC is not using it.
