miRBase 19.0 update

The public miRMaid web service is now updated with fresh miRBase 19.0 data.

The updated list of URLs with todays update:

http://current.mirmaid.org - miRBase 19.0 data
http://180.mirmaid.org - miRBase 18.0 data
http://180.mirmaid.org - miRBase 17.0 data
http://plugins.mirmaid.org - miRBase 17.0 data, with the two plugins for
miR2Disease and Landgraf cloning data installed.
