miRBase 17.0 update

The public miRMaid service is now updated with miRBase 17.0 data:

http://current.mirmaid.org - miRBase 17.0
http://170.mirmaid.org - miRBase 17.0
http://160.mirmaid.org - miRBase 16.0
http://plugins.mirmaid.org - miRBase 17.0, with the two plugins for
miR2Disease and Landgraf cloning data installed.
