The public miRMaid service is now updated to fresh miRBase 15 data:

http://current.mirmaid.org - miRBase 15 data
http://140.mirmaid.org - miRBase 14 data
http://plugins.mirmaid.org - miRBase 15 data, with the two plugins for
miR2Disease and Landgraf cloning data installed.
