miRBase 18.0 update

The public miRMaid web service is now updated with miRBase 18.0 data.

Please note that miRBase 18 has introduced new names for MANY mature
miRNAs (to reflect emerging sequencing evidence that many miRNA
precursors produce abundant functional mature miRNAs from both
precursor arms). See also http://www.mirbase.org/blog/2011/11/mirbase-18-released/.

To partially accommodate these changes it is now also possible to
access mature miRNA URLs using stable IDs:

current.mirmaid.org/matures/hsa-miR-21 // miRBase 17 ID, does
not work!
current.mirmaid.org/matures/hsa-miR-21-5p // New miR-21 miRBase 18
ID, works
current.mirmaid.org/matures/MIMAT0000076 // miR-21 stable ID, works

Due to these naming changes, we are also keeping the public plugin web
service with miRBase 17.0 data for the time being. Please also
remember that you can access the old miRBase 17.0 data using the URL
below.
