MIRIAD: school13 released as version 4.3.7

Although various snapshots have been available for the school13 release
of MIRIAD,
I have now released the hopefully final version for the summerschool!

miriad users:

I had to backtrack on one program that most of you probably didn't even
get. If
you simply type the command "gpcopy" in miriad and see
GpCopy: version 23-Jan-07
you are good. No need to read further.

However, if you see a newer version
gpcopy: CVS Revision 1.5, 2013/07/25 19:46:32 UTC
this is not good!

If your programming environment is set up for updates (i.e. you have
cvs, the right compiler and libraries, etc.) you can do

cd $MIR
cvs update
mirboss
mir.subs uvgn
mir.prog gpcopy

or perhaps more easy, simply type

mirupdate

and hope this all works.

If not, probably best to grab the new tar file, run the
install/make_miriad_starts
script (see wiki for details) and have your new version ready.
