miriad: uvmodel updated

A bug was uncovered in uvmodel this week. On some linux and mac
machines (disturbingly enough not on my ubuntu) you would see this:

### Warning [uvmodel]: Error reading from scratch file; check your $TMPDIR
### Fatal Error [uvmodel]: End of file detected

which is a simple 64bit problem. Fix this by updating your miriad. For
old-style (the one I advertise) do this:

cd $MIR
cvs update
mirboss
mir.prog uvmodel

for all other styles, see your upstream provider :-) Only uvmodel.for
needs to be updated,
although you might see a new fluxtable or baseline file in $MIRCAT

On a related topic, uvmodel can subtract an image model from uvdata. For mosaiced

images, one uses demos to extract primary beam weighted image models to match

the uvdata. Has anyone tried to use uvmodel using faceted image models from aips

clean component models as a starting point ?
