Feature request: additional fullscreen switch

Please tell me if I'm wrong but currently it isn't possible to switch
to fullscreen mode, when smart fullscreen and floating buttons are
both disabled. The only chance you have is to click the fullscreen
button on the bottom right, which appears while loading the page.
After page has finished loading, this button disappears (since
floating buttons are disabled, therefore that's alright) and there is
no other button or gesture for switching to fullscreen mode.
Maybe there could be an option in the quick options panel (where you
can access bookmarks, downloads home page etc.).
