Unicode Build : Yes
Test Build # (if applicable) :
Plugin Version # (if applicable) :


What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Miranda .exe is not "running at all".
Portable installation. System paramters and crash report in attached files.


descr. from crash report -> " ...Access Violation.
Location 00411079 in module D:\Miranda\miranda temp\miranda32.exe."

After manual deleting new version and installing previous one (0.10.29.0
Unicode) problem solved.

What is the expected result?

Same situation for next relase 0.10.31.0
