I have to put the meditations on hold with last week and this week giving me a one-two punch I’ve been having to make up meetings with students and other prep work. Most of you are in other programs and I appreciate your support.

 

Here’s one that I did a couple of years ago.

I do have one ready to record. Actually I did record it over a week ago but the audio was full of static for some reason and so I had it set to rerecord and then I got sick.

I certainly meant well.
