Be Still and Listen to the Truth Guided Meditation
Based on Workbook Lesson 106

I will be still and lsiten to the truth. I am the messenger of God today, My voice is His, to give what I receive.

This meditation is based on the Workbook Lesson, 106 - Let me be still and listen to the truth. in A Course in Miracles. It is twenty minutes in length and begins with a relaxation phase as your entire body is made calm and at peace. Then, you listen to the reminder of listening for God, you wait and listen in expectation for His Answer, then you are guided back to this world.
