Eyes of Holiness Guided Meditation
Based on Workbook for Students Lessons 35-37

Look upon yourself through the eyes of holiness.

This meditation is based on a compilation of three Workbook Lessons, Lessons 35-37, "My mind is part of God's. I am very holy," "My holiness envelops everything I see," and "My holiness blesses the world,"  in A Course in Miracles. This meditation is twenty minutes in length and begins with a relaxation phase as your entire body is made calm and at peace. Then, you step into a guided journey as you focus on extending holiness and blessing to everyone and every situation. You will know that you are only here to bless. You rest a while until you are ready to return to this world.
