As we work together to develop the habit of meditating on a regular basis, we will use Workbook Lesson practices as well as proven meditation and relaxation techniques. We will thoroughly discuss how to find time to meditate when facing a demanding schedule, constructively deal with a fidgety body and “monkey” mind and much, much more. Students will either need a speakerphone or headset and be able to mute in order to assure a peaceful and tranquil experience as techniques are practiced.    Fee: $65   If you are one of our members at the $50 or above donation level, this class is FREE for you!
