Need A script for disable

Hi All, 

 

I got the work to write a shell script like this below requirements.

 

 While running the cold refersh in the repliation, the users are connecting and making cold referesh fail.

 

 For this i need to write a script that disables/reenables all the remote connections.

 

 Their idea is to do like this: --  set the service name in dbm parameter to 0.

The  script should do roughly following:

script name: remote_users <p1> (parameter on or off)

Parameter off:

- set service name to 0 so that remote connections fail

- force all current apps off

- recycle instance

Parameter on:

- restore correct service name

- recycle instance

  Please write shell script as per the same.
