I appreciate everyone's input on the matter, however, I request everyone to Please Please Please - DO NOT USE this forum for any Personal Attack someone. At the end of the day we are still one big group of cricketing community. Attacking someone personally will not help resolve the issue here. I really appreciate it. Let's not have another legal issue.

                   I have a Lot of Respect for you and it will Continue, i know you stood by me in the Encroachment issue at MCL and i am very thankful for you for that. Please understand and see a point that CLNJ EC didn't do anything for 2 years and came all of a sudden on a Match day to ban players. You have mentioned that a player is guilty, what happened in MCL many don't know in CLNJ,...it was 2 years ago. I don't write emails without facts, i did research on the whole episode recently and some time past and came to conclusion that only 1 person was responsible to take CLNJ to the courts.  Also couple of CLNJ EC ppl have informed me that ONLY ONE PERSON was Responsible to take CLNJ to courts and that person has left Avengers. That particular person in not part of Avengers, Avengers and their players are already penalised and suffered a lot..., they have applied for CLNJ regular and T20 season but CLNJ rejected them and didn't allow their teams to play CLNJ but some players played for different teams and there was no restriction in the last 2 years or or during the dispute. I also came to know that one Particular person from Avengers who took CLNJ to court didn't have any option when MCL had banned him and his Team from playing MCL, When we close all the doors instead of finding a solution what option ppl have..i feel the whole episode was not handled properly.

Reg Aslam Bhai....i am thankful for him in supporting my views, i am sure you will also see a reason in my case. Whenever someone is doing right i will always support that person, if i see Aslam Bhai doing something good for CLNJ, i will surely support him. I also thank Aslam Bhai was supporting our stand in the Encroachment issue.  Please understand i am not taking any sides here. At the same time, you will have my support for any good issue you take, i don't have to prove it to u,

U know me very well, i put some items in the Agenda and in the 1st AGM.... our President made a mockery of me in front of all the BOD's when i came up to address the issues which concerns every team but it didn't effect me a bit when he was trying to put me down.  When i feel something is right i fight for it till the end. The same issue were taken up again in the 2nd AGM and some were discussed and came to a conclusion except for one of them

We CLNJ also sometimes don't follow Rules which are written. There was a question of Encroachment some time back between two teams but CLNJ didn't do anything abt it and let them off ( Encroachment rule was in place during that time) the list goes on but i am don't want to talk abt it.

What i request you is to close this issue, i am ready to give a written statement to the League on behalf of my Team players who are banned, i will take the responsibility if anything goes wrong. I know mistakes might have been made but let's move ahead and try to resolve this issue once for all. If you still feel that particular person needs to give a written statement i'll get it for the League, let's not target any individual here...what happened 2 yrs back let's close it and see it doesn't repeat again. The Main person has left Avengers.  I also attended that Emergency meeting a Royal Albert to discuss that issue and i saw that particular person in question talking abt the case and we all know how it ended.

Let's move on and lift the Ban of all the players, let Teams give and written statement and take responsibility for the players banned.

Appeasement is the base for corruption. You encouraged that in MCL and with appeasement you went on to become the President of MCL. If Rajesh, in the future does not vote in your favor dont be surprised, he is not as dumb or stupid as the folks who voted you in. They still cannot differentiate between the subcontinent and USA and are you trying to bring that garbage into CLNJ by appeasement. Shame on you. 

You already have established that you are a liar, a conman, a fraudster, you tried to defraud MCL by providing falsified document and now you vouch for something that is absolutely against the principles of CLNJ and this nation that we all live in and enjoy the fruits of it that has been established under the simple fact that NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.

To the rest of all BODs, we worked very hard to establish rules and regulations and implement them at all cost, which also included burning personal relationships.

In simple terms, let me put it this way if you know a corrupt individual like ASLAMBHAI  you will get the favor, if not you will suffer, irrespective what the rules and regulations of CLNJ state.. 
This very Aslambhai failed to issue a warning to the team AVENGERS after CLNJ President sent a warning email to him and MCL EC.
The gentleman could not even honor the simple conditions in the agreement between CLNJ and MCL. Edison teams know what they are going thru...................... but are not speaking up. Because the whole issue is being dealt by a politician with an Indian back ground and MCL EC have made it a priority to kiss his ass at all times by inviting him to all functions.

Edison teams I know that you will not say a word and maintain silence in the matter and expect a idiot like me to fight your battles. But I will not stay silent, for I grew up in the sub-continent and learnt one thing that corrupt , liars and 2 faced individuals need to be put in their place, else it will not be long before this nation that has given us prosperity will be no different then the sub-continent we all come from.

This is not anger or opinion, this is sheer frustration that a spineless individual with no ethics or morality is preaching the league of what to do and the rest of you are waiting for someone like me to put him in his place. 

Anyone who disagrees, please respond and I will provide evidence to what level this very Individual stooped down to. If you agree, then as usual maintain your silence as you never know he might end up being the President of CLNJ and you will need favors from him.

ASLAMBHAI, I gave you a break by calling it a internal matter of the team when Maninder Singh your co -team owner asked the league to file a case against you. Lucky for you, that you did not try that stunt with CLNJ else I would have seen to it that you would be convicted of trying to commit a fraud. Its best that you keep your ideologies and thinking to your self or to the realms of MCL, please do not try to bring them to CLNJ.

To the rest. As I have said in the past, EVIL PREVAILS WHEN GOOD MEN FAIL TO STAND UP.

Rajesh, not sure of the all but one individual for sure is as guilty as the guy who created the mess. We stood by you when you had an issue with ground encroachment and expect you to stand by us. 
I have evidence to prove it that one of that said individual was aware of all the rules and did not excuse himself as the MCL EC also encouraged it.

NOW I ASK THE BODS are you willing to second this or not.

I have this email forward to me by my Captain Rajesh from Princeton Cricket Club.

I am disturbed in seeing this ruling which is against the spirit of the game even when I had no direct role to play in the dispute.. Below are my pointer in reasons.

1) My president of the club have this legal decision  taken to help only to resolve an issue that prevented us from playing cricket in the leagues, who is not part of our club anymore.
2) I was in the team of Avengers who played in MCL ( who is never part of CLNJ league) 
3) If CLNJ take a decision of banning us from playing then what else can we do? Do you expect us to give up our basic rights as citizens when we feel we were being discriminated against and stopped from playing sport.
4) The last development on that issue was that the leagues were to discuss and reach back to our team regarding an resolution but  we never got to hear anything for 2 years and now this email to my CLNJ captain telling I am banned.. I am not sure if people who are taking this decision understand that they are directly contradicting a legal document signed in the court by both lawyers.
5) I have been playing in CLNJ from past 8 years in PCC including the last 2 years after the legal action came up. Now suddenly if the league decide that I should not play because my team took legal action against leagues for the same reason then what should we players be doing now.

I feel this is personally targeting my entity and all our team players and stopping our right to play even when we have been fully in compliance with CLNJ rules as long as the league allowed us to play cricket. I request CLNJ EC to provide specifics on how myself or my entity seeking legal help when the league tried to ban my team and myself is against the basic laws laid out in the court. If you do not provide a valid response then I have no choice but to fight for my right in to play positive cricket.

I am ready for any legal action or any threat if anyone will point finger at me that’s all I said so all I am saying to is Anoop that stop pin pointing people doesn’t matter if you like them or not. 

@Pragnesh - If this is for Better cricket I would of support you but I will not stay quite if innocents are being held for punishment when they are just by by standers. Also all I have to say is WOW and laugh to your “scratch my back and I scratch yours comment” because man doesn’t  need anyone to finish his business. 

I will look forward for other BOD’s vote on this topic and final decision of EC.

I agree with Susi that this matter needs to be voted rather than taking decision based on peoples personal hate rated! Also I agree with Punjab 11 (Baljinder Paji) that due to one person's mistake why are we punishing innocent by standers? So please grow up and act mature of your age as its almost double my age so we only play cricket not Kabadi!
