Rso...@gmail.comDear CLNJ EC,
This is in Ref. to the attached below memorandum given to all BODs and eventually to all Ex. Avengers club members of 2016.
I would like to request and challenge CLNJ EC that to repursue the given judgment against the Avengers because of the below notes pointers. I would like the project the False Vs Facts
1) False claim : that CLNJ could not enforce penalties again Avengers till end of the 2016.
Fact : CLNJ have withdrew all the penalties and restrain any on Avengers by the same weekend on Friday July 2nd week of 2016.
And they agreed to work with MCL on how to over come this issues in amicable fashion
MCL have tried to send several communication to CLNJ EC , where MCL didnot get any response to any of there request.( ai have all the proofs in email communication)
2) False claim: 5 Match ban on Avengers players
Facts : the 5 match ban is just because CLNJ EC in ca able to work with MCL EC or if there is personal agenda on an individuals.
And after 2 years of sleep all of a night CLNJ EC walkup and decided out of there mind , this shows how you guys operations incapable.
3) False and inconsistent: ready out the pointer 2 in addendum,
Fact : on one hand you said , " the rest of the players will serve 5 matches ban. On the other hand you contradict yourself by giving verdict, "All the below mentioned players are excluded from ban"
This shows how unstable you operate CLNJ and it's like bunch of jokers passing the verdict which will not stand in court of law.
I am still open for the discussions on this and would not hesitate to revisit the suite for my right to play cricket.
Thanks.
*****Below attach is Memorandum******
All,
After several deliberations over the issue of lawsuit filed against CLNJ, EC has come to a conclusion with following verdict which will go into effect starting 3rd June.
CLNJ could not enforce penalties in 2016 due to pending court matter until the court case was withdrawn by Avengers CC at the end of 2016 season. Later in 2017, CLNJ attempted to work with MCL by requesting them to abide by the ground encroachment agreement between the leagues. Both leagues held "All hands meet" between BODs from both leagues to come to a resolution. But all those attempts were not successful.
We have approved By-Laws of the league and we cannot simply ignore them. Enforcing these rules will ensure long term integrity of CLNJ. In next year's AGM, BODs can revisit this rule and propose amendments to the penalties. Any further discussion on this matter will be taken up during next year's AGM.
1) Office Bearers of Avengers CC (year 2016) are banned until the current rule is in effect.
Venkateshwar Rao Gundlapally - President
Sheldon Bhurasingh - Captain
2) The rest of the players(except under the age of 18 players during 2016) who played for Avengers CC in 2016 will serve 5 games ban starting this Sunday June 3rd. All under 18 players on the roster are excluded from this ban..
3) If banned players end up playing a game during the ban period then that team will automatically lose that game and points will be awarded to the opposition team.
And we sincerely hope, that such incidents simply do not arise again and everyone plays in a friendly spirit and in favor of league. Respect the league, respect he community and one shall not act against the league's rules for individual benefits. This is your league, be part of it, play in it and protect its interests at any cost. It is everyone's responsibility.
List of Players which are banned for 5 games: (if any of these were minors in 2016, provide us the proof for exemption):

Ajitesh Bhadauriya
Akashdeep Chunnapuwar
Aniket Deshpande

Dear
Mr. Sharma,
I
have this email forward to me by my Captain Rajesh from
Princeton Cricket Club.
I am
disturbed in seeing this ruling which is against the spirit
of the game even when I had no direct role to play in the
dispute. Below are my pointer in reasons.
1)
My president of the club have this legal decision
taken to help only to resolve an issue that prevented us
from playing cricket in the leagues, who is not part of our
club anymore.2) I was
in the team of Avengers who played in MCL ( who is never
part of CLNJ league) 3) If CLNJ
take a decision of banning us from playing then what else
can we do? Do you expect us to give up our basic rights as
citizens when we feel we were being discriminated against
and stopped from playing sport.4) The
last development on that issue was that the leagues were to
discuss and reach back to our team regarding an resolution
but we never got to hear anything for 2 years and now this
email to my CLNJ captain telling I am banned. I am not sure
if people who are taking this decision understand that they
are directly contradicting a legal document signed in the
court by both lawyers.5) I have
been playing in CLNJ from past 8 years in PCC including the
last 2 years after the legal action came up. Now suddenly if
the league decide that I should not play because my team
took legal action against leagues for the same reason then
what should we players be doing now.
I
feel this is personally targeting my entity and all our team
players and stopping our right to play even when we have
been fully in compliance with CLNJ rules as long as the
league allowed us to play cricket. I request CLNJ EC to
provide specifics on how myself or my entity seeking legal
help when the league tried to ban my team and myself is
against the basic laws laid out in the court. If you do not
provide a valid response then I have no choice but to fight
for my right in to play positive cricket.
Thank
you
