The CI20 seemed to be more of a promotional vehicle for PowerVR at the mobile level than for MIPS, so one might think that Imagination might still support it in some way, despite the MIPS branding. Meanwhile, the CI40 was clearly aimed at the Internet of Things which doesn't have much to do with PowerVR, instead emphasising other technologies that may well be in the hands of the separate MIPS organisation now that it has been sold off.

https://www.mips.com/) only really has mentions of "Creator" in the blog posts from before the sale of MIPS, so that doesn't really tell us very much. They still have forums related to Creator and other things, though:
https://www.mips.com/forums/cat/creator-platforms/I imagine that a lot depends on where the people responsible for the Creator initiative are working now and whether that organisation has any interest in continuing with it. The software developers haven't been very active on this list for a long time, as far as I can see.
