On first run the board crashed instantly with visible corruption of various parts (mostly bottom) of the connected screen. On reboot I tried smaller values (I started with 800) just to see how it behaves. With the value "1" (assuming that's one meg) I got many loops executed without issues. On memtester 100 I got:

I wanted to see if the board remains table so I binary-searched for the value that would corrupt it. Playing around quickly made it obvious that values beyond ~500 hard freeze the board.
