Field Coordinator with Detroit Disability Power

The Field Coordinator leads DDP’s 2026 Get Out the Vote (GOTV) field program in advance of the November election. This role is responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of paid door-to-door canvassers and paid phone bankers, as well as recruiting and coordinating volunteers for our Election Day election protection program. The Field Coordinator will also plan and execute a pre-election Day of Action to mobilize voters around disability justice issues. This is a fast-paced, results-driven contract role that requires strong people management skills, field experience, and deep commitment to disability, racial, and economic justice.

Employment Period: June 24, 2026 through November 13, 2026
Location: Hybrid – remote and in-person canvassing coordination in Detroit
Hours/Week: 25–35, depending on campaign schedule. Training and Election Day may require additional hours.
