Hi moderators,

Mark here, I'm a Lansing-based full-stack developer and geospatial engineer with about 17 years of experience building data systems for federal research programs, statewide health and human services, and civic projects.

I recently launched RegionPulse, a Michigan-only public-records research practice. Elections products include candidate Conflict Dossier, District Brief, Donor Network Analysis, Subject Intelligence Dossier, Issue Reports, Ballot Measure Briefs, and Voter Targeting Universe (samples of all these are on the website). Fixed scope, fixed price, no retainers. Built for Democratic campaigns, progressive c(4)s, labor IE, ballot committees, accountability journalism, foundations, public-interest law, and movement nonprofits.

Looking for both full-time roles and/or contract work in Michigan. If a post to the group fits, happy to draft something for your review. If you'd rather pass info to specific orgs you know are hiring, that works too. And if neither, no worries.
