Rising Voices is hiring a Senior Operations Coordinator to support the day to day operations of our office and team. This full-time, hybrid position is ideal for a highly organized individual who loves creating processes that help teams thrive, and is passionate about building power for & with the Asian American community in Michigan.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the Rising Voices office and providing logistical support for events;
• Coordinating contract reviews and vendor payments (in collaboration with our fiscal sponsor);
• Assisting with employee hiring, onboarding and off boarding, as well as staff wellness initiatives;
• Managing organizational platforms and supporting maintenance of operational processes and documentation;
• Managing staff digital accounts and supporting staff with basic IT troubleshooting (in collaboration with our fiscal sponsor).

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in operations, administrative, or related roles, ideally within nonprofit/social justice settings.
• Proven experience in financial tracking, event logistics, and vendor management.
• Prior experience coordinating staff wellness initiatives or internal team events.
• Familiarity with compliance and contracting in nonprofit environments
  

Compensation: $52,000 - 60,0000 annually, plus generous benefits, including:

• 100% employer and sponsored health, vision, and dental insurance
• 401k retirement savings account w/ employer profit sharing (budget permitting)

• 3 weeks paid end of year winter closure
• 3-month sabbatical leave after 5 years of service
• Guaranteed annual cost of living adjustments (COLA) and raises.
