Michigan Voices is hiring a Deputy Director to be a dynamic strategist and coalition-builder to work closely with the Executive Director and senior leadership team to advance Michigan Voices’ mission. This leader will oversee our Coalitions & Communications, Field, Data, and Partnerships teams, while also supporting organizational strategy, development, and board engagement. They will serve as both a visionary and a hands-on leader—strengthening staff capacity, building external partnerships, and ensuring Michigan Voices continues to thrive as a trusted hub for civic engagement, racial equity, and democratic participation across Michigan.

Salary range: $95,000 - 110,000
Location: Based in Detroit, with flexibility for remote work and travel.
