handheld alternate link

each and every mobile web should have something like this in the
header:

link rel="alternate" type="text/html" media="handheld"
href="http://m.dennyhalim.com/each/every?page=12" title="Mobile/PDA"

this will tell google not to transcode our mobile sites.

without this, when we search from google mobile and follow any mippin
sites then google will automatically try to transcode the web.
which result in error like this:
