Hi Yunjun,
trying to run the "stackStripMap.py" script on a dataset of TSX/TDX/PAZ data (stackStripMap.py -s /media/sven/DATI1/TSX_PAZ_CF_Asc/SLC/ -x '40.78 40.90 14.00 14.33' -d /media/sven/DATI1/TSX_PAZ_CF_Asc/DEM/demLat_N40_N42_Lon_E013_E015.dem.wgs84 -m 20211103 -t 120 -b 250 -a 14 -r 15 -u snaphu -f 0.75 -W interferogram -z --nofocus) I get the Key Errors in the subject (see also the attached file).
I though this was related to some issues while combining different dataset (TSX & PAZ), but I tied also with a previous (successuful) CSK dataset, always with the same error messages.
I installed again MintPy and ISCE (this should be an issue related to ISCE) but I got always the same errors.
My feeling, but correct me if I'm wrong, is something related to the Python version (I use 3.10).
Cheers,
Sven.

Hi Sven,

You are right: isce2 does not work with python3.10 yet, as seen in its github discussion (https://github.com/isce-framework/isce2/issues/458).

The easy would be fixing your python environment version to 3.8 or 3.9, and re-install isce2 and mintpy.

Cheers,
Yunjun

Hi Yunjun,

I had recently a problem with ISCE2 and MintPy, so I re-installed both but, while running "stackStripMap.py" I got the same identical error I had about one year ago (see up), with the error messages in the subject: KeyError: 'frame' & KeyError: b'frame' (see also the attached file).

In this case I processed CSK data but I got the same error also while processing TSX/TDX.

I removed again ISCE2 and MintPy and I tried with different Python versions (3.9 up to 3.11), following your suggestion (up), but I'm still getting the same error message.

ISCE2 and MintPy Paths and Pythonpaths are correctly set.
Last MintPy development version.
ISCE2 is the 2.6.1 version because 2.6.2 and 2.6.3 don't recognize "stackStripMap.py" (Module not loaded).
Python now is 3.9.16.
MacBook Pro with chip Apple M1.

How can I fix the issue?

Cheers,
Sven.

Hi Yunjun,
the issue was very simply to fix, this was due to the presence of "raw.db" files in the SLCs folders.
Nothing dealing with Python or some other strange things.
After removing these I got regularly the run_files folder, etc.
Sorry for having disturbed you for a very simple issue to fix, thogh this is not the first time I face this and this is quite annoying :(
Cheers,
Sven.

Glad to hear you found the solution! I think it's helpful for other users to see the error and solution you had here.

Cheers,
Yunjun
