Hi Yunjun.
I'm going to use HyP3 InSAR products from ASF jointly with MintPy.
Just a few questions:
- could you please provide us with a template for MintPy processing?
- which should be the structure of the working folders?
- do we crop the image from the template inside the mintpy folder, taking into account the HyP3 SBAS service from ASF does not crop the data?
Cheers,
Sven.

Hi Sven,

You can find the instructions for prepping HyP3 products, including the directory structure, here. You can find the script referenced for cropping the data here

Many thanks Rowan,
now I'll try.
In case of problems I'll get in touch again.
Cheers,
Sven.

Hello everyone. I am trying to use the cutGeotiffs.py code. I've checked the references you've provided, but have been unsuccessful. I have tried to crop the study area using UTM coordinates.
Perhaps I have made a mistake when trying to establish the study area. Could someone guide me on how to execute the cutGeotiffs command?

¡Hi Hugo!,
In my case, I am using GDAL to make a subset of the HYP3 Vertex-ASF data.

The command to do that is as follows:

gdalwarp -te minLongitude(West) minLatitude(South) maxLongitude(East) maxLatitude(North) raster2clipUTM.tif nameout_restarclippedUTM.tif

Example given:

gdalwarp -te 670253 1185580 686103 1200998 S1AA_20230514T235706_20230526T235707_VVR012_INT40_G_ueF_9434_unw_phase.tif S1AA_20230514T235706_20230526T235707_VVR012_INT40_G_ueF_9434_unw_phase_clip.tif

Saludos,
Pura vida.
Reynaldo

Hello Reynaldo. Thank you very much for your help, I have tried it and it has worked correctly for me. However, I had only used it with ascending images, now I have tried it with descending images and they are not generated correctly. Do you have any idea why that happens? the images are downloaded from ASF.
