Hi Yunjun,
I'm looking for the "geo_ifgramStack.h5" file as an input of the "save_kmz.py" script.
In all the Mintpy processing I've done till now I got only "ifgramStack.h5" in the inputs folder but never the "geo..." one in geo folder.
I also tried to run save kmz. py on ifgram (save_kmz.py ifgram... date1_date2), but I get the error message: ValueError: input dataset ['date1_date2'] not found in file ifgramStack.h5.
How can I create geo_ifgramStack.h5 file in geo?
Thank you in advance,
Sven.

Just an update,
I used the "geocode.py" script (geocode.py ifgramStack.h5): I got "geo_ifgramStack.h5" (same size of ifgram...) but "save_kmz.py geo/geo_ifgramStack.h5 20210103_20210109" still gave me the same error message: ValueError: input dataset ['20210103_20210109'] not found in file geo/geo_ifgramStack.h5.
Cheers,
Sven.

Hello Sven,

Use save_roipac.py,  if you want to extract interferogram with any two dates. Then try save_kmz.

Good luck,
Bhuvan,

Hi Bhuvan,
thanks for suggestion for using save_roipac.py.
I'm basically interested in getting a deformation map from one ifg in the timeseries.
I tried "save_roipac.py S1_IW1_022_0458_0459_20210103_20210702.he5 displacement-20210103_20210702" but I got two blank figures (magnitude and phase, see the attached file) but not a deformation map.
I suppose I was wrong somewhere but I don't understand where; any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Sven.

The save_roipac.py error for HDF-EOS5 file is due to a bug, which is now fixed (https://github.com/insarlab/MintPy/pull/612). Thank you Sven and Bhuvan for finding it out!

You might want to use save_kmz.py --mask option to mask out those invalid pixels too.
