Corner Reflector - PS InSAR and Mintpy

Hello,
I'm using MintPy for SBAS processing over an AOI. Recently, some corner reflectors have been installed in the area. I'm wondering what the best method is to integrate CR analysis into the MintPy workflow. Can this be done within an SBAS/MintPy framework, and are there any best practices?

I tried to search for a MintPy-like PS-InSAR solution, but I faced difficulties in downloading or understanding the best open-source tools. I also looked into StaMPS, but I do not have a MATLAB license.

Furthermore, I'm not sure whether PS-InSAR avoids phase unwrapping. If not, why can't PS-InSAR be performed within an SBAS/MintPy framework?
