Hi Sven,

I post the answer to a new post here for the convenience of other users who might have the same problem as yours.

The current ISCE/stripmapStack code did not generate the multilooked geometry files by default, which is required for mintpy. However, they can be generated very easily from the full resolution geometry files (./merged/geom_master folder) using ISCE commands, I wrote a simple script for this here: https://github.com/insarlab/MintPy/blob/master/sh/run_multilook_geometry

An example smallbaselineApp.py template file for ISCE/stripmapStack products is here: https://github.com/insarlab/MintPy/blob/master/docs/examples/input_files/KirishimaAlos2DT23F2970.template

Cheers,

Yunjun

Update:

The stripmapStack processor from the latest version of isce2 on GitHub now will generate the multilooked geometry files by default. Thus, run_multilook_geometry.sh is not needed anymore before running smallbaselineApp.py.

Hi Yunjun,

I read this post and also your update. Actually, I have the same problem which still has not been solved. I installed all versions ( both licensed and also open-sources in this link: https://github.com/isce-framework/isce2/releases) and tried to produce the geometry files in the main directory as named "geom_master" but it didn't happen. In addition, I didn't have any files with the names included "full" in the names. Also, I don't have any masterShelve in the main directory.

I think that the multilooked geometry files are not produced by the current stackStripMap.py in the isce.

Could you please guide me and upload that code (run_multilook_geometry) to generate the remained files for the MintPy?

I also checked it in my friend server at UCLA but the problem still remains.

Best regards,
Sayyed

Hi Sayyed,

I use the development version of isce2 for the stack processor, and the released version for the core module. I have an installation note here: https://github.com/yunjunz/macOS_Setup. This note is for macOS only, Linux should also work out of the box, not tested on windows.
