OpenSARLab Service Unavailability

Dear OpenSARLab Team,

I am currently using OpenSARLab (ASF DAAC) for my research work involving Sentinel-1 SBAS-InSAR processing with MintPy.

At present, I am unable to access the OpenSARLab environment. The portal is showing a message that the service is experiencing degraded service and that the lab URL is unhealthy or unavailable.

Could you please let me know:

1. Whether this is a temporary service issue.
2. The expected time for restoration, if available.
3. Whether my existing notebooks, processed data, and workspace files are safe and will remain available after the service is restored.

This service is currently important for my ongoing research processing, so I would appreciate any update regarding the expected recovery time.
