I tried to process a stack between 2019 and 2025 and used Hyp3 burst datasets with a water mask option. As you know this stack contains S1A and S1B burst together. When I ran Mintpy between 2019 to 2025 my outputs did not match correctly and I faced a data
shift problem. But If I choose only S1A burst data my results (2022 to 2025) match correctly and I did not face a shift problem.
Do you have any idea about this?

Hello, I was wondering if you subset your data correctly for all the generated interferograms? Also, is this a Multi-Burst stack?

Hi Kavya;
I don't have a definitive answer to this question because if the subset is the same why doesn't the water mask area appear as one in my outputs for all interferograms. This is not a Multi-Burst stack. I used the Sentinel 1 burst option Hyp3, not Gamma.
