Resolving SNAPHU Maximum Flow Errors

Hi,

I understand this is more of an ISCE2 question but the response time here is much faster. I am noticing I somewhat frequently get the following logs while doing InSAR processing.

snaphu v1.4.2
Reading unwrapped phase from file interferogram/filt_topophase.unw
No weight file specified.  Assuming uniform weights
Reading correlation data from file interferogram/phsig.cor
Calculating smooth-solution cost parameters
Maximum flow on network: 200
((Maximum flow) * NSHORTCYCLE) too large
Abort

How do you guys typically work around this problem? Does it indicate something bad about the underlying data?

Hi Jatin,

This looks like a memory issue to me. You may have to either use a bigger machine or a smaller interferogram. The OPERA team from JPL is trying to solve this issue, but I do not think the code (https://github.com/isce-framework/tophu) is ready to use yet.
