Water mask issues, single pair processing, S1 data

Hi Yunjun,

sorry for disturbing you.

I have two waterMask related issues, single pair processing, S1 data.

1) I would like to insert my water mask (waterMask.rdr) in the processing before phase unwrapping, to avoid phase unwrapping issues over the water.

I put the related row in TopsApp.xml but this is not recognized at all.

Which is the right way to do this? I suppose I have to set also the path to the water mask, is it right?

2) For areas in which I don't already have the water mask and considering the wbd.py script doesn't work anymore, I'm using now the "Earthdata Download" tool to get SRTM SWBD files.

After downloading them, I get *.raw.zip files of each tile: after unzipping, how can I convert these *.raw files in *.wbd files?

I suppose I have to use some GDAL scripts but I don't know how.

And how can I stitch them at the end?
