அவர் அல்ல.

ஸ்ரீமதி இந்திராவின் நண்பர், ஆலோசகர் ஜி. பார்த்தசாரதி மறைந்து
பலவருஷங்கள் ஆகிவிட்டன.

G. Parthasarathy, a retired Indian diplomat, was our High Commissioner in Pakistan. He is one diplomat who does notmince his words,  very outspoken,  He is very much alive and you can see  him in TV debates, One person who talks sense, cannot suffer fools, and it is understandable he is not listened to by anyone in the present dispensation.

The adviser to Smt Indira Gandhi, who is no more, was one Dikshit who was National Security Adviser before M.K.Narayanan Mr. Dikshit was also in Indian High Commission in Pakistan.

Thiru N.Kannan is alluding to the former Vice Chancellor of the Jawaharlal Nehru University in the early 70's (New Delhi - http://www.jnu.ac.in). He belonged to Ms. Indira Gandhi coterie of confidantes and a co-author of Jawaharlal's Centenary volume.

The former Vice Chancellor of JNU - Mr. G.Parthasarathi -  used an "i" at the end of his name, instead of a "y" which is used by the retired diplomat - "G"(Gopalapuram).Parthasarathy.

Kannan
