ஆத்³̣இஸித³ளெஶோத³ - obviously the second sylaable is wrong.

வித்̣ஹலந - here as well.

Also, when there is superscript 4, the programs automatically leave
an extra space (that, of course, has nothing to do with aksharamukha.
but will be taken up elsewhere).

The more I think, I move to the conclusion these numbers are
just an intermediate step only. We need Grantha lipi to
write fully the songs of Tyagaraja, Purandara, Meera, & Sanskrit.

The space after "superscript 4" is due to font issues. IE seems to replace ⁴ with some other incompatible font.

In Chrome it appears fine.
