Shobha Ramakrishnan and Ramakrishnan would join us from Bangalore and some great scholars on Indian mythology, ancient sciences, Polyglot who know literary levels deeply both in Sanskrit and Tamil are are prolific writers have also agreed to join the trip one from Bangalore. one from Chennai. It is a secret if I reveal the names but I am sure you'll enjoy this trip much better than ever, as remember Dr T Satyamurthy and local chief of ASI Mr. Sriraman are both there to show us the places!

So shown below is the letter received from Swarna of exotic tours who is arranging this trip for REACH. The food option of NV/Beg does not arise in case of REACH trips, it is strictly Veg only ;)

Please ask the guests to remit an advance of 4500 per person for railway ticket booking and other arrangements. Railway tickets will be charged at actuals (as a complimentary service) and I will send you the soft copy for all the guests.

Please send the following details - so that I can maintain their information in the database

1. Full Name of the Guest
2. Age
3. ID proof info (For producing in the resort/ train etc., - Same proof must be used) - 1 proof is sufficient for a family (a couple and/or children)
5. Email id and phone no
6. Address
7. Sex

Cancellation policy
1. In case of cancellation, all the terms and conditions of Indian Railway will be following for ticket refunding.
2. For other charges, a 10% of the advance payment will be deducted before 10 days of the date of departure
3. 15% of the advance payment will be deducted before 3 days of the date of departure
4. 25% of the advance payment will be deducted before 1 day of the of the date of departure
