கணிப்பொறியை வச்சு செஞ்ச...

ஜனநாயகம் என்பது

எண்ணிக்கையில்

எழுப்பப்படும் மாளிகை.

அந்த எண்ணிக்கையும்

ஒரு விளிம்பை

உடைத்துக்கொண்டு போகும்போது

"மிருகபலம்"என்று

மக்களால் அஞ்சப்படுவதுண்டு.

கணிப்பொறி

என்ற விஞ்ஞானப்பெருமிதத்தை

வச்சு செஞ்ச ஜனநாயகம்

ஜனநாயகமா?

சர்வாதிகாரமா?


சத்தமில்லாமல்

மசோதாக்களுக்கு  மேல்

மசோதாக்களாய்

ஆளுவோர் மடியில்

செல்ல பொமரேனியன்களாய்

கொஞ்சப்படலாம்.

அவை சட்டமாகும் போது

மக்கள் அதில் அச்சப்படலாம்.

என்னவோ அரசியல் அமைப்பு புத்தகமாமே.

முதலில் அட்டைகள் நன்றாயில்லை

என்று

கிழித்துப்போடப்படலாம்.

அப்புறம்

முகவுரைகளின்

முகங்கள்

கரி பூசப்படலாம்.

அதற்கு அப்புறம்

இத்தனை பக்கங்கள் ஷரத்துக்கள்

எல்லாம் எதற்கு

என்று அவையும் கிழித்தெறியப்படலாம்.

ஒரே நாடு.

ஒரே பக்கம் போதும்.

ஆனால்

அது யார் பக்கம்?


ஆமாம்..

அது தான் வாட்ச் டாக் எனும்

பாதுகாப்பு எந்திரங்கள்

இருக்குமே என்று

கேட்கிறீர்கள்.

அவையும் எல்லாமே

செல்ல பூனைக்குட்டிகளாய்

ஆள்வாரின் காலடியில்

தொண்டரடிப்பொடியாழ்வார்கள்

ஆகி விட்டால்....?

தேர்தலை நடத்தும்

மகா எந்திரமே

எந்திரி என்றால் எந்திரிக்கும்

உட்காரு என்றால் உட்கார்ந்து விடும்.

மன்னன் எவ்வழி

மக்கள் அவ்வழி

என்பது நேற்று.

மக்கள் எவ்வழி

மன்னன் அவ்வழி

என்பது இன்று.

ஆனால் அந்த

வரலாற்று மாற்றம்

என்பதும்

ஏமாற்றம் ஆகும் போது..

கணிப்பொறிக்கும் கூட

பொறி கழன்று போய்விடுமோ?

வழிகள் தவறின.


வழி தவறிய

ஜனநாயகம்

சர்வாதிகாரம்

எனப்படும்.

மிக அதிகமான மக்கள் ஆதரவை ஒரு கட்சிபெறுவதை மிருகபலம் என்றால் அந்த கட்சி என்ன செய்யவேண்டும்? எனக்கு ஓட்டுபோடவேன்டாம் என மக்களிடம் வேண்டுகோள் விடுக்கவேண்டுமா? :-)

எல்லோரும் இந்நாட்டு மன்னர் என்று எல்லா மக்களுக்கும் முடி சூடப்படுவதாகத்தானே இந்த சிந்தனை
ஒரு அடையாளத்தை நிறுவுகிறது.மிக அதிக "எண்ணிக்கை பலத்தைப்பெறும்போது"
அதை மக்கள் பலம் என்பதற்கு பதிலாக ஏன் மிருக பலம் (புரூட்டல் மெஜாரிடி) என்று அழைக்கிறார்கள்? வரலாறு கசப்பான உண்மைகளை தந்திருக்கிறது. எண்ணிக்கை பெறுவது தான் என்று எந்திரத்தனமாய் (அல்லது தந்திரத்தனமாய்) நடைபெறும் ஆட்சியில் மக்களின் "சிந்தனை" எனும் எண்ணிக்கை பிரதிபலிக்கப்படுவதில்லை.

மிருக பலம் இருப்பது பிரச்சனை அல்ல. அதை வைத்து என்ன செய்கிறார்கள் என்பதுதான் பிரச்சனை.

மக்களை ஒடுக்குகிறார்களா? மக்கள் விரும்பும் அஜண்டாவை நிறைவேற்றுகிறார்களா? அல்லது மக்களுக்கு பிடிக்காத அஜண்டாவை நிறைவேற்றுகிறார்களா?

இதில் உள்ளது அதன் நன்மையும், தீமையும்....

Brutal = physical strength 

இங்கே அறிவுசார்ந்த பலமாக கருதப்படாமல் வெறும் உடல்பலம் சார்ந்த பலமாக ருத்ரா ஐயா அவர்களால் brute majority எனும் சொற்றொடர் முன்வைக்கபடுகிறது

கூறும் ஒரு கருத்தைத் துண்டு துண்டாக ... சொற்களாகப்  பிய்த்துப் போட்டு  
out of context இல்  பொருள் கொள்வதானால்  அது உங்கள் விருப்பத்தின் கீழ் வரும்.




இதில் ...ஆஸ்திரேலிய பாராளுமன்ற விவாதம் ஒன்று ஆவணப்படுத்தப் பட்டுள்ளது.

அதில் "brutal majority"  பொருள் கொள்ளும் வழியைக் காணலாம். இது  மக்களாட்சி முறையில் நிலவும்  விளக்கமாக  அமைகிறது
