Detailed Instructions
1) Joining the Audio Conference (not used for a Video Teleconference)

Harris Attendees     1. Locate your personal MeetingPlace Profile
Number(MeetingPlace ID) by clicking on your address in the Outlook
Address Book or finding your name in the PeopleFinder on
my.harris.com. This is used to associate your audio to your name in
the meeting.     2. Dial the appropriate phone number from the list
above.     3. Press 2, then enter your MeetingPlace Profile Number
(MeetingPlace ID).    4. Press 1, then enter the Meeting ID (found in
the top section of the meeting notice).
Non-Harris Attendees (or Harris Employees who cannot locate their
Profile Number)    1. Dial the appropriate phone number from the list
above.     2. Press 1, then enter the Meeting ID (found in the top
section of the meeting notice).
2) Joining the Web (Data Sharing) Conference
NOTE: You will be prompted to perform a quick browser test prior to
attending your first web conference.
Harris Intranet Attendees (over the Harris LAN or SSL VPN)    1. Click
on this link: http://meetingplaceinternal.harris.com/a/860fe10f2abbfa9e8f0735f39adacf16 
  2. If prompted, enter your Harris username (Harris/username) and
password then click OK. Accept any security warnings you receive and
wait for the meeting room to initialize.
External Attendees - (all non-Harris personnel and those not on the
Harris LAN or SSL VPN)     1. Click on the link: http://meetingplace.harris.com  
  2. Fill in the Meeting ID field then click Attend Meeting.     3.
Fill in the My Name is field then click Attend Meeting. Accept any
security warning you receive and wait for the meeting room to
initialize.
