Minimal OpenRISC System on Chip

As the author of the project I feel the need of higher collaboration from the community. This is a starting point for discussion about the future of MinSoC. MinSoC, the Minimal OpenRISC System on Chip, is a system on chip (SoC) implementation with standard IP cores available at OpenCores.
