Temperature of CPU / Board

Hi All!
Is there somewhere a temperature sensor to find out the current board / CPU temperature?
If yes, how do I read it out...?

I believe the coretemp module provides the necessary support for
lmsensors and is also visible in /sys:

/devices/platform/coretemp.0/temp1_input

(or something like that)

lmsensors can use the coretemp driver as well.
