minnojs and Apache server

Hello, everyone. Help me to solve a compatibility task, please. Is it possible to install framework minnojs on Windows 10 with Apache server installed? If yes, what are the steps to do this? Do I need to install node.js on Apache? I use MySQL database. Should I use MongoDB instead? Are there any guides for installation minnojs on Apache server? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Alexander,

This depends on the type of installation that you want.

If you want a simple straight forward solution you can use the simple server: https://github.com/minnojs/simple-minno-server

In general all you have to do is copy the files from the repository into your apache web folder (usually www or something similar), and you're good to go.

Alternatively you can install the whole Minno Suite which includes a server with a study management and collaboration system.

In that case you cannot rely on your current installation, rather you should follow the documentation here: https://minnojs.github.io/docsite/docs/server/
