setting up links to open in a new window

I am hoping to present a page right before the debriefing page where participants can click on a link to leave their email address in a separate Qualtrics form (to be able to complete an optional two-week follow-up survey). 

Is there a way to  do this so that when they click on the link it opens in a new window (versus taking them away from the study so that they won't be able to see the debriefing)?
